About Us

Human Resourcing Limited was established in January 2001 by Toby Warren MCIPD to assist Human Resource and Training professionals with their recruitment and career needs.

Toby Warren

As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) Toby combines his HR functional expertise with an in-depth knowledge of local organisations gained from his experience of recruiting in South Wales since 1989.
During this period Toby worked for a market leading FTSE 100 recruitment business and subsequently established their Executive Search brand in the area before embarking upon Human Resourcing. Mera Mann

Mera Mann joined the organisation in August 2002 and became a Director and joint shareholder in April 2004. Mera has worked within the recruitment industry since 1994, initially within two national recruitment firms before joining Human Resourcing. Mera was instrumental in establishing the Training and NVQ recruitment desks for Human Resourcing and still oversees this area although her main focus is working closely with Toby on the recruitment into the senior HR market. Ginny Todd

Ginny Todd joined Human Resourcing in July 2004 and is responsible for recruiting into permanent and temporary HR roles at the Junior to mid-market level (eg from HR Administrator to Senior HR Adviser roles.) Ginny graduated in 1997 from Swansea Institute with a BA Hons in English and Studies in Modern Society. She initially had a sales career before entering the medical recruitment field prior to joining Human Resourcing Ltd. She has since progressed to become a Senior Consultant and her experience will be a great help to candidates and clients alike. Her email address is:
