Candidate Sourcing
Our candidate search processes can include one or more of the following: database search, from both our "active" and "keep me posted" registers; local and national advertising campaigns; and executive search ("headhunting"). We can also offer you the option of temporary and interim management support to assist you during this process or with any project work or busy periods that you may have.
Database Search
By utilising our sophisticated computer database individuals can be selected according to the skill sets and criteria you determine. These often include sector background, qualification and salary requirements for example. Our database has been built through a combination of extensive advertising and the generation of an impressive network of contacts with fellow CIPD members. Our "keep me posted" service also allows us to consider those individuals that are not actively looking in the market, but are interested in hearing about excellent opportunities as they become available.
Recruitment Advertising
An advertising campaign, whether in the press or on recruitment websites, run alongside a database search gives your vacancy wider exposure to the national or local market. We are experienced in copy writing and designing campaigns and will advise you on the appropriate publication and the timing of advertisements. Whilst full media liaison on your behalf will save you time, we understand branding is critical and you therefore maintain editorial control before we submit final artwork on your behalf.
Search
Search, or "headhunting" as it is often referred, is normally associated with executive roles where very identifiable skills are sought. Confidentiality is paramount and by working very closely with you a target list of companies and/or individuals are identified and discreetly approached.
