Job Specification

Reporting to the HR Director you will be providing senior HR advice and Business Support to employees and line managers within the organisation and providing advice and guidance on reward and recognition, disciplinary and grievance procedures, organisational management, employee relations and recruitment and selection. Main responsibilities include being accountable for providing HR support and solutions to the client group on a day-to-day basis, identifying and developing talent pools and support the future leaders of the organisation as well as work in partnership with senior business managers to constantly review and reform their specific organisational models, to ensure maximum efficiency from a business strategy and people management perspective. In addition you will be responsible for building strong relationships with employees and line managers, establishing good working relationships with the HR team and ensuring system information is maintained and organisational changes are reflected accurately in conjunction with supporting the HR Coordinator to ensure accurate records.

 

Person Specification

Essentially you would have previous experience in managing large client groups, have up to date knowledge on employment law and have a positive approach to the job. The successful candidate must have the willingness to learn and develop, be able to work under pressure and to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
