Reporting to the CEO and having significant interaction with a strong, innovative, forward -thinking and skills-based Board, the new HOD will have 2 x reports including one HRBP and one HR Assistant.

Working across the entire business, you will operate at a strategic level and act as a key business partner to all areas.  Working closely with all senior management, you will be instrumental in helping to shape the future direction and culture. You will provide regular advice and information to the executive team and board and take lead on providing up to date information on all people related matters.
