Job Description

Our not-for-profit client requires a strong, capable HR Business Partner to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract with one of the largest, most complex organisations in South Wales. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness and ideally based at Tredegar Park off the M4 near Newport, Gwent the successful candidate will back fill a 12 month assignment whilst maintaining, improving and adding value to this critically important BP role.

Successful Applicant

About you – Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Fully CIPD qualified with extensive experience of working as a HR Business Partner

Excellent working knowledge of current employment legislation

Ability to interpret and provide advice on HR policies, terms and conditions

Effective time management and organisational skills

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and demands

Excellent problem solving skill

Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Proven Project Management experience

Experience of working within a customer focused HR environment with a proven record of delivering results
