Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director and leading a small, capable team you will be operationally instrumental in developing the HR function. Delivering a sound strategic People plan across this sector leading client, you will support and advise the Board and SLT of this successful, family owned business with its ambitious growth plans.
Successful Applicant
- Full time 5 days a week but a flexible considerate employer with parking on site
- Salary £40,000 per year
- Line managed by Director of Operations
- Site based in Bridgend (office) and Cardiff (services)
- A growing, ambitious company currently employing circa 100 staff with plans to increase to 350 in 2 years’ time with expansion throughout South Wales
- Succession planning opportunity – In view of expansion the company are considering adding a HR Director to the board in the next couple of years
- As well as a HR Manager the team also benefit from two well established colleagues who know the organisation well.
