Leading a team of 2 HRBP’s and 2 HR Advisors, the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and possess an impressive HR background particularly around Health & Well Being and Employee Relations. Building a strong sense of collaboration, you will be hugely passionate about HR winning the ‘hearts and minds’ of employees and colleagues across the business. You will be a natural influencer and a strong communicator who enjoys getting to know stakeholders, asking questions, building relationships, making a difference and positively sharing the good work and accomplishments achieved in HR. You will be comfortable with implementing operational change and delivering a first-class customer service.
