HR Officer (12m Mat leave)
Our Gwent based client requires a capable HR Officer to join its busy recruitment team on a 12 month maternity cover managing large volume recruitment campaigns. Ideally available to start at short notice, the successful candidate will firstly complete an on the job handover with the incumbent prior to her leaving.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you must have a good working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes in a multi-disciplined / multi-site organisation. You will provide HR support undertaking recruitment and selection, job evaluation, research and analysis activities and provide ongoing general HR advice and guidance in support of departmental objectives across two sites.
