HR Officer (12m FTC)
Our client requires a strong, HR generalist to deal with all people issues such as attendance, performance, disciplinary and grievance ideally possessing the CIPD qualification or working towards it. The successful candidate will provide a primary link between HR and the business, maintaining a responsibility for specific Directorates.
The role requires an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and best practice to enable this person to effectively support their business area.
You will work with senior and middle management teams and staff at all levels on a wide range of people issues and develop a strong understanding of the business area.
The job holder will lead on relevant areas of HR policy, support line managers with complex casework, ensure that corporate people priorities are disseminated and understood in the business areas, and feedback business priorities and concerns.
The role offers added value to the business with a requirement to provide creative and innovative solutions to a broad spectrum of HR issues, on both a proactive and reactive basis.
