Interim HR Director
Our client requires immediate senior HR assistance at an experienced HR Director level to cover from May/June 2019 for at least 6 months.
This organisation is going through an extensive programme of cultural change so keen to appoint a confident, competent HRD with experience in supporting this as the interim purpose would be to really drive change.
Ideally, a suitably skilled and qualified HR professional who has operated extensively at Director level particularly with experience gained in private/commercial businesses. In addition to this, key skill areas which are hugely advantageous are Organisational Development, Trade Union relations and a good working knowledge of Pensions.
