Interim Recruitment Administrator
Our client is at the early stage of a three year transformation programme and is keen to recruit a high number of digital posts linked to this transformation.
Human Resourcing is therefore delighted to be assisting them with their search for a high level administrator with experience in recruitment, ideally in a digital environment to join the team as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months.
A fantastic opportunity for the right person to add immediate value to their CV whilst supporting the team by providing a fresh pair of eyes. The successful candidate will have excellent administration and organisation skills and will be confident enough in their recruitment expertise to challenge the status quo in line with continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will:-
- Have knowledge and experience of recruitment, ideally for digital roles etc.
- Have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Be able to develop effective relationships with the various stakeholders, team, managers, agencies etc.
- Be proactive and make recommendations for ways to improve the recruitment process.
Our client has also recently introduced a blended recruitment approach and will provide inhouse training on this.
