Our client Cardiff Airport has exclusively requested we assist them in appointing a brand new Senior HR Advisor to join their team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity leave. Flexible, positive and resilient with a ‘can do’ attitude, the successful candidate will support the Director of HR in delivering a proactive HR service and provide consistent and professional HR guidance across all sites and departments and ensure alignment with HR Strategy and Business Plan priorities.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation during a time of growth and change. The CIPD L5 qualified candidate will provide consistent support to the Airport during this period whilst assisting in the implementation of programmes and initiatives which support and enable this.
·CIPD Level 5 qualification
·Good general level of education
·Strong HR Generalist experience and a good level of general admin experience.
·Evidence of positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
·Ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy.
·HRIS and Auditing.
·Process improvement and policy development.
·Induction and line manager training delivery.
·Working with Trade Unions.
·Knowledge of HR systems
