Our client based in central Cardiff, within easy walking distance to trains and buses, requires a brand new Recruitment Administrator/Talent Coordinator to join its busy and expanding HR team.
Reporting to the Inhouse Recruiter and working closely with the Head of HR, the successful candidate will assist with all recruitment and talent based administration and coordination and concentrate on developing the team by building the foundations for future company growth.
This role is critical to the overall success of the strategic growth plans of the company and is an integral part of team.
You will ideally have a background in HR/Talent administration with previous skills in:
- recruitment and/or talent coordination
- you will be exceptionally well organized
- possess an excellent eye for detail
- involvement with Graduate schemes
- company inductions
- interview coordination
- writing job descriptions
- general administration
