Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the effective management of the HR function. You will manage the delivery of efficient HR operations and ‘business as usual’, partnering with the business to provide high quality, proactive HR advice across the organisation.


Particular areas of focus will include:

  • Building strong collaborative relationships with the Lead Directors of multiple divisions within the organisation as well as heading the support office functions including HR, Finance, Legal & IT.
  • Aligning the HR strategy and service with the corporate objectives and operational KPIs.
  • Leading a team ethic of support and advice, rather than a direct and demand.
  • Responsible for all aspects of:

o Colleague engagement

o Performance development

o Complex case work

This is a permanent full time role which will require some travel across the various UK sites in line with business needs. The successful candidate will however be based at HQ near Cardiff where the organisation operates a robust and successful hybrid working arrangement ie 2 day WFH.
