HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be one of three HRBP’s each responsible for a separate division with a dedicated HR Assistant assigned to each HRBP/division.
Ideally CIPD qualified, Level 5 or 7 you will be a key part of the HR team from Day 1. Responsible for an historically challenging division which requires change. The new HRBP will be confident, competent and comfortable building confidence and forming critical, key relationships. You will be a visual, front line business partner and both credible and professional in your approach. Dealing daily and building ongoing relationships with Directors and Heads of Services, you will also get involved with a number of exciting projects ahead. A generalist role, projects will include restructure, disciplinaries, TUPE, pay reviews etc. There has recently been a huge overhaul around recruitment where creativity, ideas and suggestions are therefore encouraged.
The successful candidate will be confident and capable of taking on this role within an outcome focused environment, looking for solutions and making policies fit around organisational culture and needs.
