As one of three BPs, you will support the People Director and wider HR team utilising your first class skills in relationship building and provide solid HR advice and support around engagement, well -being & process improvement.

Essential Criteria
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- CIPD qualification or significant experience in an operational HR role
- Demonstrable experience of supporting and delivery of training progammes and workshops
- An excellent understanding of employment law and experience of drafting appropriate documents/correspondence to support HR processes
- Significant experience of providing advice to employees and managers
- Experience of recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to lead and guide managers and supervisors and make well informed decisions to progress issues
- Excellent IT skills, including HR Management Information Systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of training and coaching
- Collaborative worker, who can foster excellent relationships and influence at all levels whilst displaying trust, integrity, sensitivity, professionalism, and diversity awareness
- Ensure fairness, consistency, accuracy, and best practice in the application of all HR policies.
- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret information from a number of sources •
- Ability to influence managers in all areas of people management
- Ability to write clear and concise documents including reports and letters
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
Desirable Critieria
- Experience of working in the Charity sector
- Sound knowledge of current and future challenges facing the Charity Sector
- Welsh speaker.
