Interim HR Advisor
Our client requires a strong HR professional with a desire to provide a high-quality HR service to the business. The successful candidate will hit the ground running and confidently support the team and staff with COVID-19 related absence management, employee relations cases; investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and any other generalist duties.
The preferred start date would be anytime from 4th January 2021, initially for a 3 month period however this has high potential to be extended.
Salary is up to £28,000 per annum (pro-rata).
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with operational teams which is a critical skill and you will be an emotionally intelligent HR specialist who can naturally manage highly sensitive and delicate employment issues with empathy whilst following internal policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation.
