Job Description

Our Cardiff based client requires an immediately available HR Manager to join its team on an interim contract basis for up to 5 months.

This is a full time, office based role in which you will report to and support the Chief Executive whilst taking responsibility for HR and Facilities Management.

As a member of the Senior Management Team within this small, charitable organisation, you will confidently provide hands-on operational support with :

  • Day to day people/HR management within the organisation
  • Managing the active recruitment processes for various clinical and non-clinical vacancies
  • DBS checks, right to work verifications etc
  • Liaising with and working collaboratively with NHS teams and external agencies
  • Reviewing and updating variances in different contracts and policies
  • Providing a confident and positive HR approach to BAU
  • Writing of HR and governance reports

All aspects of Facilities and Building Management including Health & Safety and staff well-being
