This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership position for someone with ‘Head of’ HR operational experience.

You will lead and develop a growing HR team whilst partnering with senior stakeholders, driving ER and performance, and supporting ambitious growth across a complex, fast-paced business. You will bring gravitas and resilience and the confidence to challenge and influence at a senior level. The right candidate will ideally be from a legal, regulated or professional services background.
