HR Advisor (12 FTC maternity cover)
Job Description
Our client is an expanding, multi-site manufacturer with c. 370 headcount and seeks a confident HR Advisor on a maternity cover 12m FTC, ideally starting ASAP. You will be an experienced HR generalist and settle in quickly, working independently and provide practical, day-to-day support across a busy operational environment.

The role
- Support managers with employee relations matters and day-to-day HR queries.
- Coordinate inputs for the outsourced payroll provider, including timesheets and pension information.
- Support benefits administration and HR KPI reporting.
- Help make manual processes more efficient.
- Work alongside the team and get involved wherever support is needed.
