Senior HR Advisor
Our Blackwood based manufacturing client requires a brand new Senior HR Advisor to join it’s existing HR team. Reporting to the UK HR Director, the role provides an efficient and effective HR advisory service to Line Managers whilst also offering a Payroll and Benefits service for the SMT that meets statutory and Company requirements. Responsible and accountable for ensuring excellence in all aspects of HR service delivery to their client group.
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Previous involvement with Health & Safety a definite advantage.
Proven track record in HR at an appropriate level.
Experience of working in manufacturing is extremely desirable.
Usage of SAP advantageous but not essential.
Evidence of delivering HR solutions in line with business strategy.
Successful management of business relationships.
Evidence of delivering as part of a team.
