Job Description



To implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in place and provide improvements where possible. As well as providing support and guidance to managers and employees.


This role will report to: Company Accountant



  • Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees by providing positive approaches to people management
  • Identify gaps and propose and implement changes where necessary to mitigate risks to the Company and promote a positive culture within the organisation
  • Produce, develop and implement policies including performance management and absence management
  • Develop, maintain and lead on recruitment processes and procedures
  • Develop, maintain and lead on the Induction and ongoing training processes as well as working with managers in monitoring and maintaining up to date training records in accordance with SOP 04.07
  • Promote a positive work environment that supports the health and wellbeing of employees
  • Maintain personnel and other H.R. files
  • Maintain and update the Employee and Company Vehicle Handbooks
  • Interpret and advise on employment law when appropriate
  • Assist with and when necessary lead on grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Advise staff and managers on company policies and procedures
  • Conduct and review exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
  • Provide support and guidance to managers with the Health and Safety framework
  • Liaise with Clinical Governance Manager and Internal Auditor in respect of the HR function
  • Any other reasonable duties when required.
